ONLINE-PAID ORDERS

All orders that have been paid for online are dispatched within 24 hours or less. All our products are delivered within 3 to 5 working days (for cities falling in category A) from the day the order is dispatched if paid via online channels.

Delivery time frame from the date of dispatch:

Category A (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai): 3-5 working days

Category B (Rest of India): 5-7 working days.

CASH-ON-DELIVERY ORDERS

All products ordered via Cash-on-Delivery will be confirmed by a phone call prior to the order being processed. Please provide your pin code details to verify if the option of COD is available at your location or not.

All COD orders are shipped within 48 hours or less from the time the order is confirmed. No COD order will be dispatched till a telephonic confirmation is acquired.

COD orders are delivered within 5 to 7 working days (for cities falling in category A) because of additional processing time required by our logistics partners. Furthermore, as per the requirement by our shipping partners, an additional Rs. 50 will be levied on all COD orders.

Cutieage cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays or situations beyond our control.

Pincode Requirements

It is user responsibility to provide correct pin code in the address of delivery. The pin code should map to the correct delivery address. Sometimes address mentioned does not correspond to the the pin code of that area.

If pin code entered in the address section is incorrect then following cases arise –

  1. Address entered is of Non-Serviceable area, the order stands cancelled and NO refund will be initiated – The system checks pincode for delivery verification and may accept order when pincode entered is of serviceable area and address is not.  
  2. If our team contacts you regarding wrong pin in address, and you want to get delivery done to new pin code, the charges of the newly added pin code will apply. The order cannot be cancelled and refunded in case you do not wish to pay for correct pin code’s charges.

Important Points

The products and services displayed on Cutieage are our best offerings and we put in our 100% effort to deliver high quality similar products and services. These terms and conditions are put across to avoid any possible conflict.  

  1. All products listed on the website, their descriptions, and their prices are subject to change, time to time according to the various conditions prevailing in the market.
  2. Orders are accepted and delivered in TIME SLOTS which are available in your selected city. All requests are processed with reference to time slot of your order.
  3. For midnight orders, delivery could be made anytime between 11:00 PM to 12:30 AM. In case of remote locations/small towns it can be made from 10PM to 12:30 AM.
  4. Cutieage reserves the right, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the sale of any product or services with or without prior notice at any time.
  5. The product specifications (weight, size, colour etc.) mentioned with the product photos displayed are only approximate and indicative. There may be a slight variation in the pictures and the products delivered.
  6. The acceptance of order is subject to availability of products, delivery areas and time. The order may or may not be accepted. The order might be cancelled after assessing the circumstances and communicated to customer. In such case amount paid is fully refunded.
  7. In case we detect fraudulent behaviour, we are liable to cancel the order at our discretion and we will not be refund money in such cases.
  8. If the duplicate order with the similar details are placed, we will try to contact the customer, and in case of no response from the customer, we will process both the order. Any argument risen after that will not be entertained.
  9. There is no guarantee of delivery of the products in the time slots mentioned on website in case of midnight delivery on special occasions like New Year, Christmas, Valentine Day. Mother’s Day etc.The orders will be processed and delivered up to 52 hours of requested date and time slot of order.
  10. There is no cancellation for orders placed under the ‘Same Day Delivery’ category.
  11. Only one attempt for delivery will be made. Please confirm availability of recipient before choosing delivery time. If recipient is not available at the time of delivery, second attempt will not be made and order will be cancelled. No refund will be made in such case.
  12. For rescheduling order, you need to inform us at-least 24 hours before delivery date.
  13. Recipient should check the order before signing the receipt, If found damaged, recipient should refuse to accept the order and delivery person will return with a replacement. Kindly allow a minimum of 6 hours for the replacement.
  14. Execution of the order will be considered successful and complete in cases like Wrong Address mentioned by sender, premises where delivery has to be made is locked, recipient of order is not available, and recipient has refused to receive the order due to personal reasons ( NOT due to products or services of Cutieage).
  15. Execution of the order will be considered successful and complete in case of permission not granted to our delivery executive to enter the delivery location. For example the orders where delivery locations are premises like hospitals, Govt agencies, societies , resorts hotels, any personal or public property, etc. and the recipient number is not reachable.
  16. Delivery timings, if promised cannot be guaranteed in case of special circumstances like extreme weather conditions, riots, strikes, elections, bandhs, during rush days like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Rakhi, New year Eve etc. The order cancellation would not be possible in such circumstances and order will be executed on the consecutive days.
  17. In case you feel that the product received does not meet your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 4 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

Terms and Conditions-For International orders

  1. The actual product may vary in shape, size, brand, and color as per local availability.
  2. As The “Message on card” service is complementary we might not be able to provide it across all delivery areas. In such cases, we will send a digital gift message.
  3. If the ordered product is shipped using the services of our courier partners, the date of delivery will be an estimate. The delivery date might change by -2 days or +2 days.
  4. Our courier partners do not call before delivering an order, so we recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be present to receive the package.
  5. Once the order has been shipped then it cannot be modified nor can it be redirected to another address. Redelivery is not possible. If the customer wants the order to be redelivered to the same/new address, a new order needs to be placed.
  6. In the case of a damaged/different/low-quality product the sender should contact our customer care within 1 working day(between 9 AM TO 6 PM IST) from the date of delivery so that we can take the required action.
  7. We will deduct 10 % as cancellation charges if the customer cancels the order 48 hours prior to the delivery, and 20% if the order is cancelled between 24 to 36 hours prior to the delivery. If the order is cancelled within 24 hours, then no refund is allowed.
  8. If a product that you have ordered is out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you to give you an option of an alternate product. If we do not get a response from you within 1 hour(For the same day delivery) and 4 hours(For any other type of delivery), then we will proceed with dispatching the alternate product since we know that you are sending it to your loved one(s) on a special occasion and we would not want anything to dampen the spirit of the occasion.
  9. Although we mention all the ingredients in the product description, we recommend that you contact us before you place an order to inform us of any preferences (recipient not eating any type of meat or having any food allergy) so that we can offer you an alternate product. Please note that we will not assume any liability for these types of orders.
  10. Returned packages due to “House Locked”, “Receiver Not Available”, “Address Incorrect”, “Incomplete Address”, or “Receiver Not Available / Shifted”, etc will NOT be re-sent. Anything that comes back within 2-7 days of transit time, is not in a condition to be resent. A new package will be sent out for re-shipment for which new order needs to be placed. In special cases, if a refund is issued, we will deduct 10% Charges.
  11. For timely delivery we may need to contact the recipient even if the gift is marked for ”surprise delivery”.

Rakhi – Terms and conditions (for India and International)

  1. We will ship the same rakhi design as indicated unless we run out of any design, similar or higher value replacement will be done.
  2. 3-day shipping deliveries are delivered in 3 days 95% of the time, sometimes it could take a max of 5 days, while 5 days deliveries could be 1-2 days early or late. Logistics and delivery services are still impacted due to COVID.
  3. Replacements in chocolates or other items are done only for the last week’s orders where making it in time is more important. All replacements are in the same category, similar or better products are sent. For example, if Cadbury’s Fruit & Nut is out, Cadbury’s Dairy Milk will be sent.
  4. Returned packages due to “House Locked”, “Receiver Not Available”, “Address Incorrect”, “Receiver Not Available / Shifted” will NOT be re-sent. Anything that comes back with 6-7 days transit time, is not in a condition to be resent. New package will be sent out for re-shipment for which new order needs to be placed.
  5. In all non-India delivery countries, courier services do not contact the recipient to resolve incorrect addresses. They have just returned back. We will not take responsibility for this and in case of re-delivery, it will be charged from the Sender. We will use the exact address given to us. Many times foreign courier companies accepts addresses without apartment numbers if not provided. Providing us with the correct and complete address (including apartment number) is the sender’s responsibility.
  6. Re-delivery of an order will be shipped only when re-shipping fee is received.

Caring tips for plants

  1. Unwrap the plant carefully and retain the soil
  2. As soon as you receive the plant kindly water it. The plant can be in dried condition as it stays in transit for few days.
  3. Cutieage is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities. Cutieage only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 4 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
  4. No cancellation applicable for same day plants delivery.
  1. In case of damaged or different plants or plant accessory, please report the same to our Customer Service team within 6 hours after delivery. The complaint will be accessed by our vendor and will rate the issue as per their standards of delivery.
  2. Dry leaf or stem is not considered damaged until and unless they are broken.
  3. Orders of plants placed on special occasions like Diwali, New year, Pongal etc cannot be cancelled once placed.
  4. Changes in pot designs may vary depending on the availability. Rest assured they will be of same kind as ordered (Plastic/ ceramic)
